Wage, Salary & Compensation Study Deadline Extended

The Peoria Housing Authority (PHA) hereby extends the deadline date for receipt of requests proposals for a consultant to provide a customized and comprehensive Wage, Salary & Compensation Study due to a communications error with distributing information for the bid documents. Proposals must be submitted to the housing authority in a sealed envelope or container clearly marked “Wage, Salary, & Compensation Study C083-11-11-RFP” by 2:00 P.M., local prevailing time, on February 13, 2012. Proposals received after this time will NOT be accepted.

It is the intent of the PHA to negotiate and award one contract under this request for proposals. The final study is expected to be provided in its entirety to the housing authority within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days. Final award will be subject to available funding. Proposal packages will be available from the housing authority’s Modernization Department.

Requests for Proposals
Electrical Maintenance Services
C087-01-12-RFP

The Peoria Housing Authority (PHA) does hereby request proposals from qualified, licensed and insured firms to provide “Electrical Maintenance Services” on an “as needed” basis.

All interested parties must submit one signed original and three copies of the completed proposal to the Housing Authority in a sealed envelope or container clearly marked Attn: Modernization Department, “Electrical Maintenance Services” C087-01-12-RFP by 12:00 P.M., local prevailing time, on or before January 23, 2012.  Proposals received after this time will NOT be accepted.

A pre-proposal meeting will be held at the Peoria Housing Authority, located at 100 S. Richard Pryor Place, Peoria, IL, on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at 2:00 PM (local prevailing time).  Proposal packets may be picked up at that time.

It is the intent of the PHA to award a single contract, under this request for proposals to be contingent upon funding, with the initial length of the contract to be one (1) year, with the option to extend the contract for four (4) additional one (1) year terms, at the discretion of the Housing Authority.

The PHA reserves the following rights: to accept or reject any and all submissions and to waive any and all technicalities; to determine the days, hours, and locations that the successful Proposer shall provide services called for in this RFP; to hold all proposals submitted and not permit withdrawal for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the deadline for receiving proposals; to negotiate fees proposed; and to not consider any proposal that does not meet the requirements of this RFP.  Costs incurred as a result of responding to this RFP are the responsibility of the Proposer.
